Cú Chulainn Gaels 1-01

A strong second half performance saw Ardclough claim their second win from two games with a six point win away to Cú Chulainn Gaels.

Playing against wind in first half Ardclough found it difficult to get a foothold in the game but after ten minutes Dylan Burke opened the scoring with a free. 

Ardclough went into a 0-03 0-01 lead closing in on half-time but a fortuitous goal gave the Gaels a 1-01 to 0-03 lead.

Ardclough upped their performance and workrate in the second half to produce their best football and team performance of the season.

Dylan Burke found the net after 10 minutes into the 2nd half  and tagged on another four points before the end as the ‘Clough’s pulled away.

Best for Ardclough were Dylan Byrke (1-06), Conor Reeves and Arron Kelly (0-01)
