Tax Relief scheme on donations made to Ardclough GAA
Members who have made a donation can further benefit the club. Ardclough GAA have been designated as an approved body by Revenue for the Charitable Donation Scheme. This allows tax relief on donations. If an individual donates €250 or more, Ardclough GAA can claim a refund of tax paid on that donation.
How does the Tax Relief Scheme work?
- Complete the CHY3 form (in link below) and return it to treasurer.ardclough.kildare@gaa.ie
- There will also be a secure box in the Clubhouse for completed forms to be dropped in.
- Printed forms will also be available in the Clubhouse.
Your details will remain completely confidential. You do not inform us of how much tax you pay or whether you are PAYE or self-assessed. Completing the form does not affect your tax status in any way.
What does Ardclough GAA get through the Tax Relief scheme:
| Member donation of €250 | Ardclough GAA can claim €165 |
| Member donation of €500 | Ardclough GAA can claim €333 |
| Member donation of €750 | Ardclough GAA can claim €500 |
| Member donation of €1,000 | Ardclough GAA can claim €667 |
