The lounge opens at 5pm today Friday. Great crowd in last night to cheer on the boys in green ! We have Laois v Kerry in the hurling at 2pm, D4 league final – Longford v Carlow at 5pm and D3 league final – Down v Wexford at 7.15pm on Saturday . And on Sunday D2 league final -Meath v Cork at 1.45pm, Kildare v Kerry in LGFA at 2pm and D1 league final Kerry v Donegal at 4pm

Club Clean Up
Thanks to those who turned out on Saturday for our clean up. While we got a few jobs done , we have still have a few to do so if you can help please get in touch. We will try to do them over the next few weeks.

St Raphael’s School Student Council – runner and football boot collection – box at back door to the clubhouse for donations.
St Raphael’s School Student Council are collecting runners and football boots to send to South Africa.
There will be a box at the back hall for donations for the next week at training on Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night training
Ardclough Youth Theatre Bake Sale – Sunday March 29th
The AYT are having a bake sale on Sunday morning at 10am in the Ardclough Village Centre – please go along and support. Pick up a cake and support our young actors & members

Feile – Football Saturday March 21st
It was the turn of our U15 boys last Saturday as they played in glorious sunshine in Celbridge and Rathcoffey. Huge well done to our Feile B team who played Alymer Gaels , Rathangan and Celbridge in their group matches . Thanks to Celbridge for the lovely hospitality, cups of tea and sandbos. Special word of thanks to Manguard Plus and Paul & Helen Mayock for their generous sponsorship of shorts , socks and gear bags for the boys.
And to our Feile F team and mentors who had two great games against strong opposition in Rathcoffey against Sarsfields and Kilcock – A great day of football for all.

This weekend it’s the turn of our hurlers who play in Feile A in Ardclough on Saturday morning.

Weekly Round Up
Our adult footballers got the Senior Football League underway v Rheban at home on Friday night, hard luck to the lads , score – 0-10 to 1-16 . Our next fixture is Saturday March 28th in Kildangan at 5pm
Our U12 St Edwards D1 team welcomed Kilcock to Rathcoffey on Friday , great match with Kilcock coming away with the win on the day.
Busy on Saturday with our 2 St Edwards Feile teams in action all morning. Our U8 footballers travelled to neighbours Rathcoffey for a great game of football. And our St Edwards U12 team’s game v Moorefield was postponed.
On Sunday it was all go in Ardclough with not a car parking space in sight ! Our Minor Hurlers started off the day with a win over Leixlip, 2-16 to 2-9
A great sight to see … the next generation of Minor hurlers in 8 years time watching on !
While the minors played on the main pitch, our U7s were playing their first Go Games matches – 5 games against Naas, all go and absolutely super skills on show, well done !
Straight after , our U9 hurlers welcomed Kilcock over for 2 super games
And then our U12 camogie team hosted Naas and Celbridge in their first blitz of the season, well done girls
Not done yet ! Our U10 hurlers then welcomed St Jude’s for a challenge match in the afternoon to Ardclough , and our U13 hurlers travelled to Camross to their division 1 game, coming home with a win – 1-4 to 5-10.
There was no stopping the games this week as our U13 camogs took to the field at home on Monday night v Moorefield – a great battling game of camogie from both teams, with us coming away with the win on the night 5-1 to 1-0. Next up Clane for the girls on Monday March 30th.

Our most important members were out on Wednesday ! Our football nursery was back ! Great fun and new members welcome
COMING UP
Our Minor Hurlers play Wolf Tones this evening at home, throw in 7pm, and our U12 hurlers game this evening is postponed v Maynooth in D1. Then Feile Hurling at home on Saturday , with the U7, U9 and U11 footballers all in action , followed by our Senior Football League fixture v Kildangan, throw in 5pm.
On Sunday our U8 & U10 hurlers are playing , and our U12 hurlers v Ros Glas in Monasterevan , and our Minor St Edwards play Suncroft away, followed by our Senior Camogie team who get their league underway at 4pm v EOCC.
Monday , our U13 camogs are out in Round 3 of their league v Clane, and our U16 hurlers get their league underway with an away game to Rathangan , followed on Wednesday by our 2 x U14 hurling teams who are in Celbridge and Sarsfields. and then on Thursday by the re-scheduled 1st round of our league at home.
